New menu launches Wednesday 14th April 2021, as well as our outdoor seating!
We are CHIDO WEY, Bristol’s newest Mexican joint, serving Cali-Mex realness. We open our doors at 25B Central Hall, Old Market Street on the 6th October 2020.
At CHIDO WEY, everything you will eat is made fresh and from scratch, (with the exception of our infused wheat tortillas we use for our burritos). Our corn tortillas, fruit juices and salads are all made daily. We pride ourselves on making Bristols freshest, zingiest, fieriest and most delicious Mexican food and cocktails.
We, at CHIDO WEY, strive to operate ethically, and support small and medium sized businesses, using locally sourced free range meat, and organic fruit and vegetables, fusing them with selectively imported Central American produce.
Of central importance to our establishment’s mission is to raise awareness and funds to help LGBT and gender non-conforming Central Americans as they work towards better living conditions and opportunity. We are proud to exhibit the work of David Puck (@davidpuckartist), interpreting Estrella Vasquez, a Muxe, a person who represents proudly Mexico's LGBT heritage and exciting future.
